In compliance with California Senate Bills SB-326 and SB-721, we perform inspections of Exterior Elevated Elements (EEEs) for condominium and apartment properties.
Initial inspections must be completed by January 1, 2025, and are conducted by licensed architects or structural/civil engineers.
